Gregory Nelson. Biography

Gregory Nelson is a professional Dutch footballer currently playing as a winger for Metalurh Donetsk FC. He was born on January 31, 1988 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

The academy of AZ helped Gregory Nelson develop his key midfield skills and prepare for the start of his professional career. In 2007 the footballer signed for AZ, but appeared on the pitch only once over 2 seasons. To keep the player in shape, he was loaned to RBC Roosendaal in 2009. Gregory Nelson met all the requirements of the Roosendaal side and the boardroom took a decision to buy the footballer.

Having spent the season of 2009/2010 at RBC Roosendaal, Gregory Nelson moved to Bulgaria to play for CSKA Sofia PFC, where he stayed for one season and a half. Over that time the footballer showed impressive results and took part in 37 matches of the squad.

In 2012 Gregory Nelson signed for Metalurh Donetsk FC.
