Hlompho Kekana is a South African midfielder. He was born on 23 May 1985 in Zebediela, South Africa. The player started his career in Zebediela Junior Swallows, yet in 2002 he was invited to the Tshiamo Soccer Academy where he spent two years. After short spells in Black Leopards and City Pillars the winger signed a deal with Black Leopards where he spent a season and made 37 appearances.
In 2008 Kekeana moved to Supersport United and played there for two seasons appearing in 64 matches and scoring once. In the season 2010/2011 the midfielder played for Bloemfontein Celtic where he made 30 outings and netted two goals.
In 2011 Kekana signed a deal with Mamelodi Sundowns.
