Hogan Ephraim is a midfielder of QPR. He was born on 31 March 1988 in a London suburb, England.
In 2004 Hogan penned a contract with West Ham United moving from the youth team of the club. The footballer performed for ‘The Hammers’ during two years and gained experience only due to trainings. However, Ephraim wanted to get permanent playing practice, which could be achieved if the management sent the midfielder on loan. In the summer 2006, Hogan finalized a move on a six-month loan to Colchester United, where he made 21 appearances and netted one goal.
In the summer 2007, Ephraim went on loan again, but this time to QPR, where he played during one season and fired two goals in 13 matches. After the end of his spell, the management of the temporary club decided to buy the footballer from West Ham United. From 2008, the midfielder has been performing for Rangers on permanent basis. In 2009 Hogan completed a move on loan to Leeds United, where he featured in three games during the 2009/2010 season. After the end of his temporary spell, Ephraim began to make more appearances for his parent club, but the management decided to loan him again, this time to Charlton Athletic. The footballer came to the club in 2011 for a half of the season and fired one goal in five games. In January 2012, Hogan sealed a loan deal with Bristol City and went back to QPR at the end of May. He spent the second half of 2012/2013 season on loan at MLS side Toronto FC.
From 2003 till 2007, the midfielder was capped 26 times and contributed six goals for the England national U-16, U-17, U-18 and U-19 squads.
