Hrayr Mkoyan is an Armenian defender currently playing for Dynamo České Budějovice in the Czech top league. He was born on 2 September 1986 in Leninakan, Armenian SSR.
Hrayr started out his senior career Shirak Gyumri in 2005. Later on he was sent on loan initially to Ararat Yerevan and then to Ulisses Yerevan. Mkoyan met with much success at Ararat as he recorded the Armenian Cup and finished as Armenian Premier League runner-up in 2008. He achieved his second cup success in 2011 this time playing for Mika Yerevan. After that, Mkoyan had short stints at Spartak Nalchik and his feeder club Shirak Gyumri. In February 2013, he signed for the Czech side Dynamo České Budějovice and plays there today.
