Igor Lambarschi is a midfielder for FC Krasnodar. He was born on 26 November 1992 in Edinet, Moldova.
Igor started his youth football career at a local sports school. In 2006 he entered the football academy of FC Academia UTM from Chisinau and in 2007 Lambarschi moved on loan to the second team of Dacia Chişinău, one of the leaders of the Moldovan Divizia Naţională.
In 2008 he returned to Academia UTM, which by the time had earned promotion to the top division. During the first season Igor Lambarschi made four appearances. The following season he featured in 20 league matches and scored three goals. In the 2010/11 season he appeared in 37 matches and scored one goal. In the next season Igor made 17 appearances, and scored two goals.
In winter the Moldovan midfielder was on trial at Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk, but wasn’t offered to complete a move.
In the winter of 2012 Lambarschi moved from Academia UTM to Krasnodar for €500, 000 on a three-and-a-half-year deal. The young midfielder debuted for Krasnodar as a substitute on 5 March in a match against Rostov.
Igor Lambarschi represented the national team of Moldova at different levels. He won 16 caps for Moldova U16, 3 caps for Moldova U17, 6 caps for Molodova U19, and 1 cap for Moldova U21.
