Inal Getigezhev was born on 23 May 1987 in Rostov-on-Don.
In 2006, Inal started his professional career in FC Lokomotiv Moscow. Getigezhev performed on loan for the First Division clubs in 2008. The footballer initially played for FC Rostov, and then he appeared on the field for FC Torpedo Moscow.
Since 2009, Inal began to play for the debutant of the First Division, FC Nizhny Novgorod. In 2010, Getigezhev moved to FC Volga Nizhny Novgorod.
After one season with Rostov Inal moved to Kazan and joined Rubin in the summer 2013.
