Isaac Cofie. Biography

Isaac Cofie was born in 1991 in Accra, Ghana. He graduated from the academy of Genoa and was promoted to the first team. His debut came on 2 May 2010, when he featured as a substitute in the match against A.S. Bari. In the first half of the 2010/11 season Cofie had a loan spell at Torino and for the second half he joined Piacenza on a loan deal as well.

In the 2011/12 season a Ghanaian played for Serie B side Sassuolo on loan and on 9 July 2012 he was bought by Chievo Verona. He made his debut for his new team on 30 September in a 4-1 win against Palermo.

On 8 September 2012 Cofie earned his first cap for the Ghana national team.
