Parma are reportedly ready to part ways with their talented striker, but want in excess of £9 million.</p> <p>The 21-year-old Algerian had a loan spell with Bologna in 2012 before heading to Parma next summer. He scored 8 goals and set up another 5 in 34 appearances.</p> <p>Inter president Massimo Moratti revealed they are still in the process of negotiations with Parma over a proposed move. He said: “There is not yet an agreement, we are still dealing with Parma.
