Ivan Obradović was born in 1988 in Obrenovac, SFR Yugoslavia.
A product of FK Partizan’s youth ranks, Obradović made his professional debut for the team in April 2007 against FK Vojvodina, when Miroslav Đukić was the team’s manager. Until the end of this league season he appeared four more times.
The following season Obradović recorded 19 appearances in the league and FK Partizan won the campaign.
In 2009, he signed a five-year contract with Real Zaragoza and made his debut in the match against FC Tenerife. After four years with the Spanish club Obradovic was released in 2013.
In 2014 the player joined Mechelen.
Ivan Obradović is a part of the Serbia national team and made his first international appearance in September 2008. He netted his first international goal at the 2010 World Cup qualifier against Austria in October 2008.
