A Polish footballer Jakub Tosik plays as a midfielder for Polonia Warsaw. He was born on 21 May 1987.
Jakub spent his junior career at the youth ranks of Włókniarz. There he an experienced midfielder, who was ready to perform at the professional level.
Tosik started his professional career at PGE Górniczy Klub Sportowy Bełchatów. For a long time he was a substitute player, appearing sporadically. In total, he made 34 appearances and scored 3 goals for the team.
In 2010, he moved to Polonia Warsaw, where he was groomed during 2 seasons. During the spell, the midfielder was a substitute player, without becoming the squad’s anchor player. He played only few matches as a starter, the majority of time spending on the bench. In the summer 2012, the Polish footballer joined Karpaty Lviv. Half a year later he retured to Poland joining the capital club Polonia Warsaw.
In 2010, the footballer got his first cap for the Poland national squad.
