Jens Janse is a back of Córdoba. He was born on 1 July 1986 in Venlo, Netherlands.
Jens’s career took off in MVC ‘19, from where the footballer moved to the academy of VVV-Venlo. Janse showed good results in the youth system of the club, which drew the attention of various European teams. PSV Eindhoven scouts won the back over to their academy, but Jens did not manage to impress there, which entailed his transfer to Willem II. The footballer performed for the club during five seasons and made 103 appearances during that spell. His first and only goal for Willem II was scored on 24 January 2009 in the away 1-1 draw with Feyenoord.
On 8 April 2010, Janse sealed a deal with NAC Breda and took part in 58 fixtures for the new club before moving to Spain and joining Córdoba.
In 2005, Jens was called up to the Netherlands national U-21 squad and featured in two international games till 2007.
