Jeroen Zoet is a goalkeeper of PSV. He was born on 6 January 1991 in Veendam, Netherlands.
Jeroen’s career took off in local Veendam, from where the footballer moved to the youth system of PSV Eindhoven at the age of 15. Zoet trained to become a goalkeeper of the new team and took part in various junior competitions. In the winter 2009, Jeroen penned a three-and-a-half-year contract with the club and became a fourth-choice goalkeeper of the main squad. On 13 February, the player was included into the roster for the match against AZ, but he was not given an opportunity to come on the pitch. The following season, the footballer became a third-choice goalkeeper, but did not take part in games due to injuries and surgeries. However, PSV management extended his contract till 31 June 2014.
On 14 April 2011, Zoet sealed a two-year loan deal with RKC Waalwijk, where he made his professional début on 6 August 2011 in the home 2-2 draw with Heracles Almelo. The keeper made 67 appearances for the temporary team in all competitions and returned to PSV in 2013.
Jeroen’s first international game came during the European U-17 Championship in Turkey. The footballer was capped for the Netherlands national U-17, U-19 and U-21 squads.
