Jerónimo Figueroa Cabrera, commonly known as Momo, is a Spanish footballer currently playing for Las Palmas in the Segunda División. He was born on 15 July 1982 in Las Palmas, Spain.
The product of the youth team of his home town, Jerónimo signed his first professional contract with Las Palmas in 2001. He began to play in the reserve squad of the club who then competed in the Tercera División. In the 2003/04 season, Momo got a regular spot in the first team. However, the midfielder enjoyed a meteoric rise playing on loan for the La Liga side Albacete where he made his top-flight debut in a match against Sevilla. He went on to play in Primera División in the 2005/06 and 2006/07 campaigns, this time with Deportivo and Racing de Santander respectively.
In 2007, Momo signed for Xerez CD. He was an instrumental player during the 2008/09 season as he helped them to break into La Liga with 17 goals in 40 matches. After his spell at Xerez, Momo played for Real Betis and in the 2012/13 campaign he returned to his parent club Las Palmas where he plays till the date.
