Jiang Jiajun is a Chinese full-back who plays for Jiangsu Sainty. He was born on January 8, 1990 in Haimen, China.
Jiang Jiajun kicked off his career as a youngster with Shanghai Shenhua in 2007. He began as a central midfielder before switching to full-back. In 2009 Jiajun’s excellent performances for the junior team were rewarded with a professional contract. On October 31, 2009 the versatile player was handed a senior start against Changsha Ginde. Soon he cemented his place in the starting eleven. On April 19, 2011 Jiang Jiajun grabbed his first goal for Shanghai Shenhua in the AFC Champions League encounter against Sydney FC.
In 2012 he joined Jiangsu Sainty in a $1.1 million deal on the final day of the transfer window.
On June 3, 2011 the player debuted for China U-23s in the friendly against North Korea. Jiang Jiajun also participated in the qualifying matches for the 2012 Olympic Games.
