João Natailton Ramos dos Santos is a midfielder for FC Krasnodar. He was born on 25 December 1988 in Umbaúba, Brazil.
Joãozinho’s football career started at Brazilian Portuguesa. There he managed to score 4 goals in 54 matches. In the winter of 2007 the Brazilian moved to Bulgarian Levski Sofia for a fee of €770,000. There he quickly became fans’ favorite due to his good performance.
As part of Levski the young footballer appeared in 130 matches, 73 of them in the championship, and managed to score 18 goals, 12 of them in league matches, and two in the Europa League. With the Bulgarian club he won the Championship of Bulgaria and Bulgarian Supercup in 2009.
After three years in Levski Joãozinho joined FC Krasnodar signing a €1-million deal. At that time various top clubs wanted to see the Brazilian midfielder in their ranks. Among them were Shakhtar Donetsk, Rubin Kazan and Terek Grozny.
