John Brayford is a defender of Cardiff City. He was born on 29 December 1987 in Stoke-on-Trent, England.

In the summer 2010, the defender transferred to Derby County, where he was offered a lucrative contract and a regular place. John took part in 109 fixtures and fired three goals for ‘The Rams’ before switching for Cardiff City in the summer 2013. In the second half of 2013/2014 season Brayford featured for Sheffield United on loan.
From 2007 till 2008, the footballer was capped seven times for England C.
