Jonathan Ayité is a footballer who currently plays as a striker for Brest. He was born on 21 July 1985.
Born in Bordeaux, Jonathan started playing for the local team. It’s famous as one of the most experienced football clubs of France. But he wouldn’t play for the youth squad for more than a year, being promoted to the senior level.
It was Stade Bordelais that offered the defender his first professional contract. It was signed in 2004. Although not a first squad constant, he managed to make occasional appearances as a sub and started a new stage of his career.
He spent 3 years with the club, before being picked up by Brest. At that time the club was performing in the second division. From the very beginning, Jonathan started to fit in the team and got some tactical training. In total, the footballer amassed 6 goals in 35 matches.
In 2009, he joined Nimes for a term of two years, up till 2011. He fit in the squad perfectly, scoring 19 goals in 70 games.
In the summer 2011, he was back to his previous club, Brest. When moving back, he was greeted with great sympathy due to his past performance for the squad. He could be referred to as a long standing player. Since the move, he has featured in 14 matches and has netted 4 goals.
