Jordan Mustoe is a defender of Wigan Athletic. He was born on 28 January 1991 in Birkenhead, England.
Jordan’s youth career took off in the academy of Liverpool, which he joined after a successful trial. The footballer spent some time in the youth system of ‘The Reds’ and managed to develop his skills to a certain level, but his future in the club was not very clear. That is why a move to the academy of Wigan Athletic was a timely decision, which Mustoe made without hesitation. The footballer was groomed in the youth system of ‘Latics’ till 2011, when it was time to make a professional start.
The footballer did not manage to make any appearances for the club during his début season, but he always had to be in irresistible form. That is why the management decided to send Jordan on loan to Barnet. In January 2012, Mustoe sealed a loan deal with the temporary team and performed for it in the second half of the 2011/2012 season. During the player’s spell, the head coach let him on the field for every match out of 18 possible, and Jordan gained his first performing experience with the starting squad.
