Jordan Spence is a defender, born on 24 May 1990 in Woodford, England.
In 2004 Jordan joined the academy of London side West Ham after having trained in various youth systems around the capital. The footballer raised his level and took part in junior championship of the country during his youth career. By 2008, Spence prepared himself for a professional start.
In 2008 Jordan penned his first contract and officially became a senior player of West Ham United. So that the defender could gain necessary experience, he was sent on loan to Leyton Orient, where Spence made 20 appearances as a starting team player during a half of the 2008/2009 season.
In 2009 he continued his performing on loan by joining Scunthorpe United for six months. The footballer featured in nine games of the temporary team during his spell and went on loan to Bristol City, where he took part in 11 games during the first half of the 2011/2012 season. When his spell with the club was coming to an end, the management offered Jordan a six-month extension, which was accepted. The defender made ten appearances for the team during the second half of the season. Loan spells with Sheffield Wednesday and MK Dons followed. In 2014 Spence was released from West Ham United.
From 2004 till 2011, Spence was capped 50 times and contributed two goals for the England national U-16, U-17, U-18, U-19 and U-21 squads.
