A Spanish footballer Jordi Xumetra Feliú plays as a midfielder for Levante. Jordi was born on 24 October 1985 in L’Estartit, Catalonia.
In 2001, Xumetra entered the academy of Barcelona, where the last three years of his junior career passed. During that period, the young midfielder managed to improve his performance and finished the formation.
In 2004, Jordi signed for FE Figueres and his professional career began. The 2004/2005 season was lined with seven goals racked up in 30 matches. In the summer 2005, the midfielder moved to Espanyol, where he earned the place in the club’s reserve team. He made 12 appearances and scored one goal for the B squad.
In the summer 2006, Xumetra was bought out by Girona. The footballer started to make frequent appearances almost at once. The head coach was impressed with his performance and gave him every chance to reveal his potential. In total, the footballer amassed eleven goals in 113 matches for the club.
In the summer 2010, Jordi was transferred to Elche FC. He made a very successful start to life at the club and very soon he became the pivot of the defense. After 115 matches played for the side Jordi switched to the La Liga side Levante.
