Júnior Moraes (Aluísio Chaves Ribeiro Moraes Júnior) is a professional Brazilian football forward currently playing for Metalurh Donetsk FC. He was born on April 4, 1987 in Santos, Brazil.
In 2007 Júnior Moraes, having spent some time at the academy of Santos FC, joined the senior squad of the club. But the head coach was not prepared to take the risk of using such an inexperienced footballer as a first-string player. So, from 2007 till 2009 the striker came in only 16 times for Santos FC but trained hard to gain as much game practice as possible.
In 2008 Júnior Moraes went on loan to Ponte Preta, which was followed by Santo André in 2009. In 2010 the forward player signed up with Gloria Bistriţa ACF (Romania) and marked the season of 2010/2011 with 18 goals in 32 fixtures.
In 2011 Júnior Moraes moved to the Ukraine to play for Metalurh Donetsk FC, but he was sold to CSKA Sofia PFC (Bulgaria) almost at once. After a successful season (16 shots in 24 matches) the footballer returned to Metalurh Donetsk FC in 2012.
