Kagisho Dikgacoi is a midfielder, born on 24 November 1984 in Brandfort, South Africa.
Kagisho successfully passed a trial at the academy of Cardiff Spurs, where he gave the final touch to all the preparations for a professional start. In 2005, the footballer put pen to paper of a senior contract with Bloemfontein Young Tigers and made ten appearances for the club during several months. The same year, he sealed a deal with more prestigious Golden Arrows and got more playing time, which helped him to gain more experience and become a regular. Dikgacoi netted eight goals in 82 fixtures for the new team during four years and drew the attention of various European clubs.
In 2009, the midfielder transferred to London side Fulham, but featured only in 13 matches for ‘The Cottagers’ during one year and a half, which entailed his loan move to Crystal Palace in January 2011. Kagisho adapted to the new atmosphere in no time and made impressing display, which saw him seal a permanent deal with the club after the end of his spell. In the summer 2011, the footballer officially became a player of ‘The Glaziers’ and fired six goals in over 100 games for the team. In the summer 2014 Dikgacoi moved to Cardiff City.
From 2007, Dikgacoi has been capped for the South Africa national squad.
