Kamil Agalarov was born on June 11, 1988 in Makhachkala. At the moment he is a defender for Anzhi Makhachkala.
Kamil started his football career at the age of 16, at local amateur club FC Anzhi-Khazar Makhachkala. Soon the young player was invited to Dynamo Makhachkala. In season and a half Kamil played 8 matches in the First Division and then managed one goal in three matches at the Cup of Russia. In 2008 Kamil moved to FC Chernomorets Novorossiysk, where he became Second Division Champion and scored one goal in 26 appearances.
In 2008 Kamil signed a contract with Russian Premier League side Anzhi Makhachkala, but spent his debut season as a loaned player for Dagdizel Kaspiysk. Kamil made his debut appearance for Anzhi on 16 August in a match against FC Alania Vladikavkaz. During year and a half, when the club was in the First Division, Agalarov made 33 appearances.
On 26 March, 2010 Agalarov debuted in Russian Premier League in a match against CSKA Moscow. After the disqualification of right midfielder Mahir Shukurov, Agalarov replaced him and played the remaining minutes of the match.
Kamil Agalarov has older brother Ruslan Agalarov, who played as a midfielder for various Russian clubs, and now is the head coach of FC Anzhi Makhachkala youth team.
In 2011 got 1 cap for Russia-2.
