Karl Henry is a midfielder of Queens Park Rangers. He was born on 26 November 1982 in Ashmore Park, Wolverhampton, England.
In 1998, Karl started to perform for the junior squad of Stoke City. His senior début came on 7 February 2001 in the Football League Trophy match against Walsall. In the 2001/2002 season, the footballer featured in 15 games for the club and propelled ‘The Potters’ to the Championship promotion.
The following season, Henry took part in 21 fixtures and netted his first goal in the match versus Bradford City on 26 December 2002. In 2004, the midfielder sealed a five-month loan deal with Cheltenham Town and made his first appearance for the temporary team on 13 January 2004, when ‘The Robins’ encountered Lincoln City.
Karl took part in 120 fixtures and fired one goal for Stoke City during six years and completed a move to Wolverhampton Wanderers in the summer 2006.
Having played a stunning 244 matches for the club Henry was offered a contract with Queens Park Rangers in the summer 2013.
