Kieran Lee is a midfielder of Sheffield Wednesday. He was born on 22 June 1988 in Stalybridge, England.
In 2004, Kieran joined the academy of Manchester United, which gave him a chance to take his skills to the decent level and become a workmanlike and promising midfielder. It took Lee four years to give a final touch to all the preparations for a senior start.
In 2006, the footballer put pen to paper of a contract with ‘The Red Devils’ and made his Premier League début in the match against Chelsea in 2007. However, that was the only league appearance for Kieran, who went on loan to Queens Park Rangers in 2008 and took part in seven fixtures for the temporary team during his spell.
In the summer 2008, the midfielder transferred to Oldham Athletic and gained the manager’s confidence in no time, which helped him to clinch a regular place in the starting XI. Lee became the pivot of the club and fired five goals in 117 games before completing a move to Sheffield Wednesday in May 2012. He featured in ten matches for ‘The Owls’ as of February 2013.
