Konstantin Vassiljev is an Estonian midfielder, who is well-known for his powerful long shots.
He started his football career playing for Tallinna JK. In 2001 the player moved to FC Levadia Tallinn, where he became the first-team captain six years later. In February 2008 Konstantin signed one-year contract with NK Nafta Lendava, Slovenian PrvaLiga side, and played for the club until 2011, when he joined FC Koper, but he didn’t stay there for long. In August 2011 he signed a three-year contract with FC Amkar.
The player represents the Estonia national football team on a regular basis and played an important role during the EURO-2012 qualification, scoring several goals and constantly troubling his national team’s rivals with precise passing and dangerous long-range shots.
