Kostyantyn Yaroshenko is a midfielder for FC Illichivets Mariupol. He was born on 12 September 1986 in Voroshylovhrad, Ukraine.
In 2002 young and promising Kostyantyn joined Shakhtar Donetsk. He was given a place in the starting lineup of Shakhtar-3 at the beginning of 2002/03 season, during which the midfielder made 14 appearances and scored 1 goal.
In 2003 Yaroshenko joined Shakhtar-2 and spent three seasons there. During this period of his professional career Yaroshenko had to work tightly with the coaching staff to become a better midfielder, and hone his skills at the reserve team, where he played 32 games and scored 3 goals. In 2005 Kostyantyn joined the first team of Shakhtar, and a year after he was loaned to Metalist Kharkiv, for which Yaroshenko made 21 appearances and scored 1 goal.
In 2006 Yaroshenko was loaned to FC Arsenal Kyiv for one year. During the 2006/07 season Yaroshenko played in the starting lineup of the club, for which he featured in 34 matches and scored three goals. In 2007 Kostyantyn continued his career as a loaned player at Chornomorets Odesa, for which he played only 3 games.
In the period from 2008 to 2009 Kostyantyn was a loaned player at Illichivets, where he was sent to get match practice and improve his skills. As a result, Kostyantyn played 35 matches and netted 9 goals during the 2008/09 season. In 2009 Yaroshenko was loaned to Vorskla, which he left rather quickly. Later that year he again joined Illichivets on loan. Currently, Yaroshenko continues to play for the “Lenintsi”, but on a permanent basis.
From 2001 to 2008 Kostyantyn Yaroshenko played 63 matches and scored 19 goals for practically every Ukrainian youth team.
