Leandro da Silva is a Brazilian midfielder currently playing for Arsenal Kyiv FC. He was born on June 26, 1985 in Itumbiara, Brazil.
From 2001 till 2004 Leandro da Silva attended the football academy of Esporte Clube XV de Novembro (XV de Piracicaba) and in 2005 joined the club as a professional footballer.
Leandro’s career continued in Poland, where the footballer moved to having signed a contract with Pogoń Szczecin. He participated in 9 matches of the side and scored once. In 2007, the midfielder started to perform for Kaposvári Rákóczi FC (Hungary). In the 2007/08 season Leandro da Silva was often listed in the first team and marked 22 matches for the club with 4 goals. In 2008 the Brazilian footballer joined a Russian club called Luch-Energiya Vladivostok FC and stayed there for one season.
From 2009 till 2011 Leandro da Silva wore the jersey of Spartak Nalchik PFC. He had the opportunity to gain a lot of play experiences, as he played in 77 games and managed to score 16 goals for the team.
In 2011, the midfielder signed a deal with Arsenal Kyiv FC. Later on he joined Kuban Krasnodar on loan terms.
