Leandro Gracián was born in1982 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Currently he plays for a Chilean football club Club de Deportes Cobreloa.
He graduated from the youth ranks of Vélez Sársfield and after that he went on with the senior team since 2001. In 2005 they won Clausura and in 2006 the footballer moved to Mexico and joined Club de Futbol Monterrey.
The following season Gracián came back to Argentina and joined Boca Juniors where he played during two seasons before 2009, when he was sent on loan to a Greek football club Aris Thessaloniki and after that he had a loan spell at Club Atlético Independiente. In 2012 Gracián played on loan for Colón de Santa Fe during a six-month period and then returned to Cobreloa.
