Leandro Greco plays for AS Livorno as a midfielder. He was born on 19 July 1986 in Rome, Italy.
Greco began his professional career in football in 2003 after finishing training in the Roma youth squad and joined its first team. The same year Leandro was sent out on loan to Astrea where the young Italian midfielder played 18 games and netted 1 goal in the 2003/04 season. After the expiration of loan, Leandro returned to Roma and continued training till 2006 with the first team, making only 2 appearances in the starting line-up.
In 2006 Greco joined Verona side for the following two seasons. During that time he was a regular starter, playing a total of 41 games and netting 3 goals for the club.
In 2008 Roma decided to buy the player back as he had proved to be in good shape in Verona. In 2008 Greco signed another contract with parental Roma. Leandro’s spell with Roma did not last long though and he spent two years out on loan with Pisa and Piacenza, scoring 6 and 22 goals respectively.
In 2012, Greco moved to the Greek side Olympiacos.
In 2013, newly promoted Serie A outfit Livorno offered a contract to the player.
