Leyti N’Diaye is a Senegalese footballer born on 19 August 1985 in the Senegalese city of Dakar. He plays as a defender for Olympique de Marseille.
Leyti’s professional career began in 2003 when he joined Club Sportif Louhans-Cuiseaux youth system. He played in 14 matches for the club in his debut 2003/2004 season.
In 2004, the footballer transferred to Olympique de Marseille, so he began to play in the first league of the country. N’Diaye got little playing time and appeared rarely on the field; as a result he made only nine appearances in two years. He spent most of his career at Marseille out on loan at a few clubs coming back to his club in the summer of 2012.
In January 2006, N’Diaye joined Creteil participating in the French national championship. In total, he played in nine matches for six months. In the 2006/2007 season, the footballer moved to RC Strasbourg. Unfortunately, Leyti didn’t succeed in getting to the first team and stayed all the time on the substitutes’ bench. In 2008, N’Diaye continued performing out on loan. His next temporary home was Stade Reims, where he appeared in three championship matches.
In 2009, he moved to a rather prestigious football club Ajaccio, where he had more playing time. He often performed as a first-team player, which was a rare case in the past few years. In the summer 2009 Ajaccio decided to extend the contract with the player. As a result, since 2009 Leyti has played in more than 30 matches for the club, getting in some matches on the scoresheet.
