Liam Bridcutt is a midfielder, born on 8 May 1989 in Reading, England.
In 1996, Liam became a trainee of Chelsea academy. The footballer managed to reach new heights with ‘The Blues’ and perfected his skills, which helped him to become a candidate for getting a place in the senior squad.
In 2007, Bridcutt penned a contract with Chelsea and trained with the club during six months. In 2008, the midfielder went on loan to Yeovil Town. Liam made nine appearances for the temporary team during his spell and continued his loan performance at Watford in the summer 2008.
The footballer sealed a six-month deal with the club and took part in six fixtures during his spell till his services were secured by Stockport County. Bridcutt featured in 15 games for the new temporary team and was going to return to Chelsea, but the management of ‘The Blues’ had their own opinion about that.
The midfielder was sold to Brighton & Hove Albion and put paper of a long-term contract. Liam became the anchor player of the squad and fired two goals in 152 matches.
In January 2014 Bridcutt moved to a Premier League outfit Sunderland.
