Lior Levi is an Israeli defender who plays for Hapoel Ironi. He was born on 26 October 1987 in Israel. Levi nominally plays at the right-back position.
Lior commenced his senior career at the age of 16, when he penned a contract with Kfar Saba. He was inserted into the reserve squad in order to gain experience. In 2007 the defender was loaned out to Hapoel Ramat-Gan for half a year, where he had limited first-team opportunities. He was later loaned to Beitar Kfar Saba and played for the club until May 2008.
In July 2008 Levi moved to Hapoel Acre on loan. Lior made 20 appearances in the Liga Leumit and helped the team to gain a promotion to the Israeli Premier League. Levi’s positive display had a huge impact on the club’s success, and his loan spell was extended for another year.
In May 2010 the footballer reunited with Kfar Saba and was promoted to the first team. During the 2010/2011 season Levy made 24 outings and scored a goal. In July 2011 Lior Levi signed a contract with Hapoel Ironi. During the 2011/2012 season the defender participated in 16 matches for the club. Since the start of the 2012/2013 season Levi has established himself as a first-team regular.
