Lloyd Dyer is a winger, born on 13 September 1982 in Aston, England.
In 2000, Lloyd joined the main team of West Bromwich Albion and started his professional career. The footballer was mainly used as a substitute, because he could not beat off the competition for a place in the starting line-up from his older and more football-wise teammates.
In 2003, Dyer went on a six-month loan to Kidderminster Harriers and netted one goal in seven fixtures for the team during his spell. In January 2005, the winger sealed a temporary deal with Coventry City and made six appearances for the club. In the summer 2005, Lloyd was sent on a six-month loan to London side QPR, where the footballer took part in 15 matches during the first part of the 2005/2006 season.
In January 2006, Dyer finalized a move to Millwall on permanent basis, but featured only in six games for the new team till the summer the same year, when the midfielder transferred to Milton Keynes Dons. Lloyd soon became the pivot of the starting XI and amassed 16 goals in 86 fixtures for the club during two years.
In the summer 2008, the footballer put pen to paper of a contract with Leicester City. Dyer made 265 appearances and scored 39 goals for ‘The Foxes’. In the summer 2014 Dyer moved to Watford.
