Lo Kwan Yee is a Hong Kong football player who was born on 9 October 1984. The midfielder started his career in 1995 at the youth side Hong Kong Sports Institute, yet two years later he was scouted by Rangers (HKG). Lo Kwan Yee was promoted to the senior squad of the team at the age of 15 making his debut on 14 August 2000 in the game against Kitchee. He set the record of the youngest player to come onto the pitch in the First League (15 years and 309 days).
Later Lo Kwan Yee moved to Kitchee making his debut on 2 September 2007. In the run of the following 4 seasons the player made more than 30 appearances helping the team to claim the first league title in 47 years.
