Lorenzo Squizzi is a goalkeeper for Chievo. He was born on June 20, 1974 Domodossola, Italy.
Lorenzo began his professional career in 1994 after signing his first professional contract with Juventus. Before becoming a part of Juventus first team Lorenzo played on the youth side of a Turin club. In 1995 Squizzi joined SPAL, where he made only 2 appearances in the 1995/96 season. From 1996 to 2000 Lorenzo defended the goals of Atletico Catania, Lucchese and Salernitana totaling 100 matches.
In 2000 Lorenzo signed a contract with Reggiana and made there 23 appearances by 2001. In 2001 Squizzi signed for Monza and played there for a year, before being loaned to Cesena and making 34 appearances during the 2002/03 season. In 2003 Squizzi was loaned to Catania, where he featured in 30 matches in the 2003/04 season. In 2004 Lorenzo became a regular player of Perugia, where he played 14 games. In 2005 Lorenzo Squizzi transferred to ChievoVerona and is currently the club’s reserve goalkeeper.
