Luca Antonelli is a defender of Genoa football club. He was born on 11 February 1987 in Monza, Italy.
Antonelli started his youth career in 2003 when he joined the academy of Monza. He had been groomed there for one year and then joined the famous academy of AC Milan.
In 2006 the Italian penned a contract with AC Milan. In the summer 2007 the team managers decided to loan the player to Bari. Luca took part in 17 fixtures of the team and found the net once during the first half of 2007/08 season.
In January Antonelli moved to Parma where he had been playing for half a year and took part in eight matches. In the summer 2008 I Gialloblu signed the contract on a regular basis. All in all Luca spent three seasons with Parma, played in 58 matches and scored once.
In 2011 the defender joined Genoa football club. He is not an undisputed starter of the club but in any case managed to take part in more than twenty fixtures of Il Grifone.
In 2010 Luca Antonelli was capped two times for the Italian national team.
