Polish footballer Łukasz Fabiański was born on 18 April 1985 in Kostrzyn nad Odrą, Poland.
Łukasz began to play for Polish side Polonia Słubice when he was 14. Later he joined the MSP Szamotuły youth academy. The young footballer performed for different youth teams till 2004, when he signed his first professional contract with Lech Poznań. A year later he moved to Legia Warsaw. In 2006 Łukasz became the Champion of Poland with his new team.
In May 2007 Fabiański signed for Arsenal, but remained a second-choice keeper behind Manuel Almunia and later compatriot Wojciech Szczesny. During seven years with the Gunners, Fabianski made 78 appearances, mostly in cup competitions.
In the summer 2014 the Pole completed a move to Swansea City in an attempt to get more time on the field.
Łukasz made his international debut for Poland on 29 March 2006.
