Mamadou Barry is a footballer from Guinea. Currently the forward plays for Sun Hei SC. He was born on 16 May 1986. Barry played for Persipal Palu, an Indonesian team from 2006 to 2010, than had a short spell at Persires Rengat before January 2011, when he completed a move to Hong Kong joining Sun Hei SC. His Hong Kong First Division League debut came in the match against Kitchee SC and he marked it with a goal.

Mamadou Barry earned a cap for the Guinea national under-23 football team.
