Manuele Blasi is an Italian midfielder who currently plays for Serie B club Varese.
The product of AS Roma youth system, Manuele made his professional debut with the club in a game against Piacenza in January 2000. The same year he moved to Peruggia where he made 46 Serie A appearances for two seasons. In 2002, the Italian heavyweight Juventus set sights on Blasi and signed him in July. During a five-year stint at Juve, a promising footballer had several short spells on loan at Perugia, Parma and Fiorentina. In 2007, Blasi moved to Napoli newly promoted to the top division and in 2011/12 season, he played in Parma colours.
In 2012, Blasi found himself at Pescara but could not help his team stay in the top flight. In 2013 Blasi switched for Varese.
Manuele Blasi came up through almost all the youth ranks of the Italy national team. In between 1996 and 2002, he featured for U-15, U-16, U-18, U-20 and U-21 teams amassing 40 international appearances in total. In the 2004/05 campaign, the Italian player earned 8 senior caps.
