Mariano Ferreira Filho is a Brazilian right back; he was born on 23 June 1988.
Filho used to be regarded one of the best right backs in Brazil. His incredible speed and an excellent vision of the field made it possible for him to be one of the best assistants at the national championship.
The footballer’s career was especially favorable during his appearances for Fluminense where he first played 20 games as a loan player later to sign a two-year contract with the club. In two seasons the footballer took the field 70 times and excelled scoring 3 goals.
In 2012 the player signed a four-year contract with Bordeaux taking a firm stand in the first squad.
Filho has been called up to the Brazilian national team since 2010 although initially he was mainly on the bench.
