Marin Ljubičić is a professional Croatian football midfielder currently playing for Tavriya Simferopol SC. He was born on June 15, 1988 in Metković, SR Croatia SFR Yugoslavia.
Having finished training at the academy of Neretva NK, the midfielder was invited to play for Hajduk Split HNK, one of the most prestigious Croatian clubs. The coach of the side paid quite a lot of attention to the rising talented footballer and in total Marin Ljubičić participated in 31 matches and made 2 goals for the club over 3 seasons.
In 2008 Marin Ljubičić signed up with a Croatian team called Zadar NK. Over one season the midfielder was able to become one of the regular players and scored 4 goals in 39 fixtures.
In 2010 the footballer returned to Hajduk Split HNK. Over the season of 2010/2011 he was played 29 times and was the scorer of 2 goals.
In the summer of 2011 Marin Ljubičić became a player of Tavriya Simferopol SC.
From 2004 till 2009 Marin Ljubičić performed for the Croatia National U17, U19 and U21 Football Teams.
