Mario Balotelli is a Ghana-born Italian player. He is a forward of AC Milan and the Italy national football team.
During his footballer career, Balotelli managed to play for several clubs. Mario had played for Lumezzane and Internazionale before he signed for Manchester City in 2010.
Mario is thrice Serie A Champion (2008, 2009, 2010) and the winner of the Supercoppa Italiana (2008) and the Coppa Italia (2010).
A week after signing a contract, Mario scored his debut goal for the new club in the match against Politehnica Timişoara of Romania and it was his goal that secured a victory for Man City. In 2010 Balotelli made his debut in the Premier League, playing against Arsenal. In November two goals of the player helped his team to win West Bromwich Albion. Still, Mario received a red card and got disqualified for three games. Football fans definitely enjoyed his performance in the semifinal of the European Championship 2012 as he scored twice against the favorites Germany.
Unable to establish himself in the first squad of English champions Mario had to leave for AC Milan for reported fee of Euro 20m.
The personal awards of Balotelli are the following: the Best Goalscorer of the Coppa Italia (2008), the Golden Boy prize (2010) and the FA Cup Final Man of the Match (2011).
