Martyn Woolford is a winger of Millwall. He was born on 13 October 1985 in Castleford, England.
In 2002, Martyn started his professional performance in Glasshoughton Welfare after penning his first senior three-year contract with the club. The footballer made several appearances during his spell, but he was not given much playing time due to the lack of experience.
In 2005, Woolford transferred to Frickley Athletic and became one of the pivots, who netted 13 goals in 44 fixtures for the team during one season.
In 2006, the winger completed a move to York City and clinched a regular place in the starting line-up at once, which helped him to amass 22 goals in 86 matches for the club during two years.
In 2008, Martyn sealed a deal with Scunthorpe United and fired 15 goals in 103 games for the team during three seasons.
In 2011, the footballer put pen to paper of a contract with Bristol City, but his goalscoring flair seemed to have disappeared, as he chipped in only four goals in 55 fixtures for the club during two seasons.
In January 2013, Millwall secured Woolford services on permanent basis.
In 2008, the winger was capped two times for England C.
