Mathias Ranégie is a football player from Sweden, born in 1984 in Gothenburg. He spent his youth playing career in Swedish Masthuggets BK, then moved to France and stayed with Levallois SC and returned to Sweden, joined Majorna BK. He began his professional career at Lärje-Angereds IF in 2006. The 2007/08 season Ranégie spent at IFK Göteborg and in the autumn of 208 was sent to the Dutch team Go Ahead Eagles.
Between 2009 and 2011 Mathias Ranégie played for BK Häcken. His stay there was a success because he made 81 appearances and scored 36 goals. In August 2011 he left the team for Malmö FF. There he made his debut on 8 September 2011 in the game against Gefle IF and in 2011 he was named Allsvenskan Top Scorer. In August 2012 Ranégie left for Italy and penned a five-year contract with Udinese. In January 2014 the player switched for Watford.
He earned his first cap for the Sweden national team during the tour on the Arabian Peninsula in January 2010 and on 23 January he netted a goal in the match against Syria.
