Matthieu Dreyer is a French goalkeeper who currently plays for Troyes in the French top league. He was born on 20 March 1989 in Strasbourg, France.
Matthieu was formed in the youth ranks of Sochaux in between 2003 and 2009. He made his professional debut with the club in a 1-0 win over Nice in February 2009. Dreyer was deployed as a third-choice keeper at the team and made only 20 league appearances for Sochaux in a two-year stint. In 2011, he moved to the French third-tier club Fréjus where he made 32 appearances during a season. In 2012, Dreyer signed for Troyes in the Ligue 1 and plays as a first-choice there today.
Matthieu Dreyer ha came up through almost all the youth levels of the France national team from U16 to U21. He got his first caps at the age of 12.
