Michal Breznanik is a Slovak midfielder, born on 16 December 1985.
First, the player went through all stages of a football career in his hometown club. In 2007 he was offered to join FC Slovan Bratislava, one of the biggest clubs in Slovakia.
He left the Slovak side in 2010, after the player was accused of improper conduct during the Europa League qualification match against VfB Stuttgart. The game ended in a draw, which knocked the Slovak club out of the tournament. At the moment of leaving the club Michal took part in 90 fixtures, getting eight times on the scoresheet.
The player moved to the Czech Republic, where he played in the shirt of FC Slovan Liberec. He represented the Czech club on 55 occasions and scored 16 goals.
In 2012 the player was transferred to FC Amkar, where he made an instant impact, scoring the last-minute equalizer against FC Dynamo Moscow on his debut. In 2014 Michal moved to Sparta Prague.
Michal is also a part of the Slovakia national football team.
