Mihail Plătică is a midfielder for Rubin Kazan. He was born on 15 March, 1990 in Chișinău, Moldova.

The talented halfback began his professional career in 2008, at Moldovan Divizia A Sfîntul Gheorghe. Shortly after joining the first team, Mihail netted 6 goals in 6 matches and helped an average club from the town of Suruceni to earn promotion to Divizia Naţională.

In the 2009/10 and 2010/11 seasons Mihail continued to be one of the key players in the team, totaling 65 matches and scoring 9 goals. In 2011 he moved to Academia Chișinău, and in 2012 Plătică became a player of his current club FC Rubin Kazan.
