Mikel San Jose

Mikel San José Dominguez plays for Athletic Bilbao and Spanish youth national team on a position of a centre back.

He started his career at Liverpool, later he was loaned by Athletic Bilbao from the English side for the season 2009/10. There he managed to deliver such a quality football that it brought him a solid main squad position. The Basque side decided to keep the player after the loan was over. In May 2010 both parties have announced about the transfer of the talent to Athletic Bilbao.

Talking about achievements it can be mentioned that Domingues became a champion of Europe playing for the U-19 national team in 2007 and in 2011 as a part of the national U-21 team.
