Muhammed was born in the Turkish town of Göynücek in a 5-child family. He got interested in football in his boyhood days, participating in manifold competitions of local and regional level.
In 2006 he started to play for the youth team of Beşiktaş, where he stayed till 2010. When the player was 12, he received the dream-offer from Spanish giants Barcelona, which were ready to spend 1.000.000 Euro on the young footballer. However, he rejected the move. On 11 and 13 May 2010 Demirci participated in the friendly fixture against Russia U-21 team.
Muhammed signed a 3-year professional contract with the club on 11 October 2010 and chose number 80 shirt. The player made his debut on March 3, 2011 in the game against Gaziantep BB. His first Süper Lig fixture was played two years later on 1 April 2012. He substituted Veli Kavlak after 80 minutes in the match against Samsunspor.
